Two Blur Guys

Walked past them for a year on the way to lunch 5 days a week . And I keep telling myself, "Gotta try 'em burgers, Gota try 'em burgers". And, like, finally, Reddy has RaRa along on our maiden visit to this 3 year old hole-in-the-wall burger joint. The place is simple, unpretentious. The kind where you almost know that the food speaks for itself. Especially when all they do are burgers. And a small selection of cakes. RaRa was sceptical (can read from his weary hungry face) but Reddy was confident Two Blur Guys can deliver to their reputation of having one of the best burger in town.
The verdict? Not disappointed. At All.

The picture lie do not. They are as good as they look.

The usual suspect - Hot Chocolate @ $4.40

Truffle Fries @ $6.90

Smiley face on a soon to be devoured Prime Beef with Streaky Bacon Burger ($17.95). The bacon's portion is generous, the melty-cheese you see? It's Guyere Cheese ok. There is a chopped pickle relish sitting at the bottom half of the wholemeal bun

As good as it looks, if not better. The most important component of a burger is the patty. The Prime Beef's patty has just the right amount seasoning, has the right char, while still retaining it's natural juices.

Pulled Pork Burger @ $13.85. First bite had me go "WOW".

Perfectly seasoned pulled streaks of pork with a melted shroud of Guyere cheese and Honey Mustard sauce. This is a messy one to eat. Who cares? A good burger is eaten with both hands, not cutleries, where you let the sauces and gooey mess flow down your fingers without a care.
