Return With A Vengeance - Treat Me Time @ Group Therapy Duxton

Having stuffed myself silly previously at my first visit to Group Therapy (with a Chicken Stew in a Breadbowl), I vowed to return to sample what they are famed for - Waffles. Who cares if it was dinner time? Waffes with Ice Cream is it then.

Gold Rush Waffle - with homemade Chocolate and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, homemade Honeycomb and... wait for it... Salted Egg Sauce! Goodness Gracious!

Second visit was a piece of cake locating this joint

 

My oh my. Guilty pleasure. Gold Rush Waffles @ $15.00. Comes with 2 generous scoops of homemade ice cream. If that is not enough, just top up $4.50 more for each additional scoop of ice cream. The waffle is soft yet crispy on the outside, and smells oh-so-heavenly. By the way, not quite a guilty pleasure, there is a hot cup of caffeine free Lemongrass tea ($5.50 for a teabag) to wash down the sin.

My only gripe, there isn't enough goldeny goodness for this pig (actually it's more than enough for any normal human being). And oh, more Honeycomb please... it's too good!
